The Privacy Policy explains how Viatris Canada may collect, use, and disclose Personal Information we obtain through the Sites (as defined below).
DEFINITIONS
“Viatris Canada,” “we” and “us” includes Mylan Pharmaceuticals ULC, BGP Pharma ULC, Meda Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Upjohn Canada ULC and our affiliates and subsidiaries.
“Sites” means collectively any website, mobile application or Internet service under the control of Viatris Canada, whether partial or otherwise, in connection with Viatris Canada’s online presence, including those of its products and brands.
“Personal Information” means any information about an identifiable individual, excluding certain business contact information. Personal Information includes but is not limited to your name, address, email address and phone number.

HOW THE SITES COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION
Customer Relations We may collect Personal Information (including your name, mailing address, email address, occupation and telephone number) when you contact our customer relations team in order to answer your question or respond to your comment or complaint. We may also retain this information to assist you in the future and improve our customer service and product and service offerings.
Creating an Account We provide an opportunity for health care professionals to create an account on our Sites for product information and access to continuing education programs offered by us through our third party service providers. The Personal Information we collect when you create an account includes your name, email address, password, mailing address, healthcare professional number, occupation and, if applicable, pharmacy type.
Viatris Canada Careers We collect Personal Information including your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, qualifications and educational background when you apply for a job through the Sites. We use this information for the purposes of processing and responding to your application for current and future career opportunities.
Surveys From time to time we may offer you the opportunity to participate in one of our surveys. The information obtained through our surveys is used to help us understand our customers and to enhance our product and service offerings.
Social Media When you engage with our content on our social media pages (e.g. by posting comments or pictures), you may allow us to have access to certain information associated with your social media account, such as your name, username, email address, profile picture and gender, as well as the information you post, as part of the operation of the social media page.

Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of Viatris Canada’s assets or transition of service to another provider, your information may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction as permitted by law and/or contract.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
We may offer users who create an account with our Sites the ability to sign-up to receive informational emails as well as marketing communications through our website or on third party websites (including through social media sites). You can opt-out of receiving promotional email from us by following the opt-out or “unsubscribe” instructions provided in your email or by contacting us as set out below.

We take steps to help ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We have implemented measures designed to protect Personal Information in our custody and control. We have Personal Information retention processes designed to retain Personal Information for no longer than necessary for the purposes stated above or to otherwise meet our legal requirements.

As a convenience to our visitors, the Sites may contain links to the websites of another company or organization. When you click on one of these links, you will be transferred from our Sites and be connected to the website of the company or organization you selected. Our Privacy Policy does not apply when you leave our Sites.
UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION

We may request certain Personal Information for the purposes of verifying the identity of the individual seeking access to their Personal Information records.

We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to our Personal Information practices.
Posting of Revised Privacy Policy We will post any adjustments to the Privacy Policy on this web page, and the revised version will be effective when it is posted. If you are concerned about how your information is used, we strongly encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
